How this work
actually happens.

Coaching means different things to different people. Here is exactly what to expect when we work together, and what you will not find here.

Not prescriptive.
Not therapy.

This is not a program where you follow a preset curriculum or receive advice on what you should do. And it is not therapy. There is no diagnosis, no treatment, and no dwelling in the past for its own sake. If you are carrying something that needs therapeutic support, I will say so and point you in the right direction.

What this is: a focused, forward-looking working relationship built entirely around your goals, your timeline, and what you genuinely need to move forward.

Not this
A 12-step program you follow regardless of your situation
This
A framework built around what you specifically need
Not this
Motivational content and surface-level positivity
This
Honest, practical conversations that produce real movement
Not this
Someone telling you what decisions to make
This
Support in making decisions you actually trust
Not this
Therapy or mental health treatment
This
Forward-focused work on goals, clarity, and confidence

The principles that guide
every session.

These are not values on a wall. They are the things that actually shape how a session runs and what you experience when we work together.

01
Conversational and insight-driven

Sessions are conversations, not presentations. You talk. I listen carefully and ask the questions that help you hear yourself more clearly. Most breakthroughs happen not because I said something profound, but because a good question helped you access something you already knew.

02
Honest over comfortable

I will tell you what I actually observe, not what is easiest to hear. That does not mean blunt for its own sake. It means I will not let you stay comfortable in a story that is keeping you stuck. Real progress requires honest feedback, and I take that responsibility seriously.

03
Your goals, your pace

I do not have a predetermined destination in mind for you. Your goals are the North Star. My job is to help you get clear on what they are, build a realistic path toward them, and stay accountable to them in a way that fits how you actually live, not how you wish you operated.

04
Short and long-term together

We work on what is immediate and urgent while keeping the longer view in sight. Quick wins matter and so does the bigger picture. We build both into the work from the beginning so you are moving forward on two levels simultaneously.

05
Practical, not theoretical

Every session ends with something concrete. A decision, a commitment, a specific next step. We do not just explore. We build. And we review those commitments at the start of every subsequent session, without judgment, with full honesty.

What actually happens
when we meet.

Every session is different. These are the types of work a session might involve depending on where you are that week.

Clarity work
Getting clear on what you actually want versus what you think you should want. Working through a decision you have been circling. Naming what is getting in the way of moving forward on something that matters.
Goal building
Setting realistic, specific goals that you will actually pursue. Breaking larger ambitions into steps that fit your life. Reviewing what you committed to last session and building on it honestly.
Confidence work
Challenging the internal narrative that is keeping you smaller than you need to be. Building a more grounded relationship with your own capabilities. Developing the ability to act without waiting to feel ready first.
Momentum and accountability
Identifying what stalled between sessions and moving through it. Building structure and habits that do not collapse when motivation is low. Keeping progress real rather than theoretical.
Transition navigation
Working through what a change requires practically and emotionally. Getting clear on what you are moving toward, not just away from. Building confidence in the direction even when the path is not fully visible yet.
Mental clarity
Creating space to think when everything feels cluttered. Building practical tools for managing overwhelm and reactivity. Developing a more reliable way to respond to difficulty rather than just absorb it.

This works best when
you are ready to show up.

Coaching is not passive. It requires your honest participation. The results are directly connected to what you bring to the sessions and the work you do between them.

This is probably not the right fit if you are looking for someone to hand you the answer, if you are not yet ready to be honest about what is actually going on, or if you are hoping the coaching will do the work for you.

You are willing to be honest, even about the things you have been avoiding
You are ready to take action between sessions, not just talk about it
You can commit to the time and the process without needing guaranteed outcomes
You are open to being challenged when a challenge is what you actually need
You understand that progress is not always linear and you can work with that
