Questions worth
answering honestly.

The things people want to know before they reach out. If your question is not here, the discovery call is the right place to ask it.

About coaching
Is this therapy?
+

No. Coaching and therapy are different disciplines. Therapy is typically focused on mental health treatment, diagnosing conditions, and working through past experiences in a clinical context. Coaching is forward-focused. We work on where you are now, where you want to go, and what is getting in the way of moving there.

This is not a substitute for therapy and is not positioned as one. If at any point I feel that what you are working through would be better supported by a therapist, I will say so directly and help you find one.

What is the difference between coaching and just talking to a friend?
+

Your friends care about you, which means they bring their own feelings about your situation into the conversation. They will often tell you what they think you should do or validate your existing view because they want you to feel better. That is not a criticism. It is just how relationships work.

Coaching is different because I have no stake in the outcome. My only investment is in what is genuinely right for you. That allows for a different kind of honesty and a different quality of challenge. I will ask the questions your friends will not.

What credentials do you have?
+

I have over 8 years of personal development coaching experience, built informally alongside corporate roles before formalizing it into a dedicated practice. My background includes project management, HR, and organizational operations, which gives me a grounded, practical perspective that I bring into the coaching work.

Coaching is not a regulated profession, which means the quality of the work matters more than a credential. The discovery call is the best way to assess whether this is the right fit.

The process
What happens on the discovery call?
+

It is a 30-minute conversation. Not a sales pitch. We talk about where you are, what you are hoping to work through, and whether this feels like the right fit for both of us. You should leave with a clear sense of what working together would look like and whether you want to move forward.

There is no obligation to continue after the call. If it is not the right match, I will say so.

How do I know which option is right for me?
+

That is exactly what the discovery call is for. You do not need to arrive with a decision made. You just need to show up and be honest about where you are. I will give you a clear recommendation based on what I hear, and we can go from there.

As a general guide: if you have a specific focused challenge, The Clarity Session is a good place to start. If you want sustained support for a real transition or shift, The Signature or Transformation are better fits.

How quickly will I see results?
+

Most people notice a meaningful shift in how they are thinking about their situation within the first two or three sessions. That does not mean everything is solved. It means you have more clarity and a clearer sense of direction than you had before.

Deeper change takes more time. That is why the longer packages exist. Real, lasting shifts in confidence, habits, and how you make decisions are not built in a single conversation. They are built over time, with consistent work and accountability.

The sessions
What does a typical session look like?
+

Every session is shaped by what you need most that week. We start by checking in on what has happened since we last spoke and any commitments from the previous session. Then we move into the main work, which varies: working through a decision, building toward a goal, addressing something that has stalled, developing a tool or approach.

Sessions always end with a concrete takeaway and a specific commitment for the week ahead. You should never leave a session wondering what to do next.

What happens between sessions?
+

All packages include messaging support between sessions. If something comes up, you get stuck, or you want to share a win, you can reach out. I will respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

Between sessions you will also have commitments to work on. These are not homework in a burdensome sense. They are the things you agreed to try, practice, or do. We review them together at the start of the next session.

What if I need to reschedule?
+

Life happens. Please give 24 hours notice where possible and we will find a new time that works. Rescheduling is straightforward and does not affect the quality of the engagement as long as we keep the overall momentum going.

Practical details
Where do sessions happen?
+

All sessions are virtual, conducted over video call. This means we can work together wherever you are in the world. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a space where you can speak freely.

Do you offer payment plans?
+

Yes. Payment plans are available on all packages. If the investment is a barrier, reach out before the discovery call and we can talk through what is workable. I would rather find a way to make it accessible than have someone not get the support they need because of the financial piece.

Is what we talk about confidential?
+

Yes. Everything shared in our sessions is completely confidential. What you bring to this space stays in this space.

Is this right for me
How do I know if I am ready for coaching?
+

If you are reading this page and something is resonating, that is worth paying attention to. You do not need to have your situation fully figured out before you start. In fact, the less clear things feel right now, the more useful the coaching process tends to be.

The one thing that matters is that you are genuinely ready to be honest and to take action. Coaching requires your active participation. If you are looking for someone to fix things for you without your involvement, this is not the right fit.

I am not in a crisis. Is coaching still relevant?
+

Absolutely. Some of the most productive coaching work happens with people who are not in crisis but know they have been coasting, or who have a clear sense that they could be doing more with where they are but cannot seem to move on it.

You do not need to be struggling to benefit from this. You just need to have something you genuinely want to work toward.

What if I have tried coaching before and it did not work?
+

That is worth talking about on the discovery call. Coaching quality varies significantly and not every approach works for every person. What did not work before can often tell us a lot about what would work now.

This style of coaching is conversational, practical, and direct. If you found previous coaching too passive, too formulaic, or too vague, that context is useful and we can discuss whether this would be different.

The discovery call is the right place to ask them.

Free, 30 minutes, no pressure. We will talk through where you are, what you are looking for, and whether this makes sense for you.
